Hi, I’m Alja Horvat, an illustrator and surface designer with a deep love for florals and 70s aesthetics. My work blends nostalgia with modern and I try to capture a sense of longing for the past while embracing the future/present.
When I first saw the works of William Morris and Josef Frank, I instantly knew I wanted to create repeating patterns for products that would bring color and life into our life.

My name is Linn Warme, and I’m a Swedish illustrator and surface pattern designer. I draw inspiration from Sweden’s flora and fauna to create my own flowing, vibrant nature-inspired illustrations and patterns.
In the past, I worked as an in-house print designer for some of the biggest fashion brands here in Sweden, and that has taught me how to create with production in mind and at the same time not compromise creativity and craftsmanship. Now I work as a freelance pattern designer and illustrator, and I’m available for commissions, licensing, and other types of work.

I’m Emma Hagman, a surface pattern designer and illustrator from Finland. I have studied textile design in Paris, specialising in printed patterns. I have a long international experience in the field and have worked at global companies’ design departments, smaller studios, as well as for my own business.
My style is bold and simple Scandinavian. All patterns are hand-painted or hand-drawn and digitally processed into exact repeats, and they all come in several colourways. When working, I value both spontaneity and attention to detail.
Nature plays a big part in my creative process. Where I live and have a home studio, I am surrounded by my garden and a beautiful archipelago, which inspires me a lot.
My patterns are suitable for home textiles, wallpaper, stationery, tableware, and fashion, and I hope that they will bring joy into people’s everyday lives.

Hi! I’am Gargi, a self-taught artist based in the Himalayan Valley of India. I discovered surface design while being a stay at home mom abroad and never looked back at my non-creative job again. I love to create traditionally inspired art through stylised interpretation of natural elements. You will find plenty of stylised / fantasy floral in my work. Drawing floral elements comes naturally to me because of their sheer beauty and timeless appeal. I also enjoy drawing other nature-inspired elements such as trees, animals, humans etc. My art is mostly vector based that is either digitally or hand drawn, sometimes both. I believe this incredibly rewarding creative journey is a lifelong learning experience and my purpose is to create beautiful and timeless art for this world.

My name is Carla and I’m an illustrator and surface pattern designer from Geelong, Australia. I began my career as a graphic designer, but my passion always lay with illustration. Several years ago, I decided to turn my focus to illustration and began freelancing and selling my work online. In recent years, I discovered surface pattern design and have grown to really love the challenge and reward of creating joyful and expressive patterns.
I work with a mixture of traditional mediums including watercolour, gouache and coloured pencil as well as digitally. I love colour and creating bold prints and I’m hugely inspired by the natural world, particularly by my coastal home and all the native flora and fauna around me.

Hi! I’m Anna Deegan, a surface designer and illustrator based in Dublin, Ireland, where I live with my husband and two kids.

In my cosy home studio, I combine traditional pencil drawing with digital tools to create designs that feel warm, playful and hand-drawn. Through my art, I aim to spark a sense of nostalgia, joy, and a little bit of magic.
I collaborate with brands around the world, licensing my designs across a variety of products – from textiles and apparel to stationery, wallpaper, home decor, and more. You can explore my portfolio and find out more on my website.

As a terrible gardener myself, I thoroughly enjoy visiting gardens and wild spaces. I especially love the sounds of gardens….the hum of bees, the whir of bird wings, the rush of wind through grass and leaves, even the patter of raindrops. Florals are some of my favorite things to draw and turn into repeating patterns. There is such a rich history of florals in art, craft, and decor. Between exploring outside and inside museums and books, I am never at a loss for inspiration.

Hello! I’m Carey Copeland, a surface pattern designer and artist from the suburbs of Chicago, IL. My designs are rooted in a love of nature, folk art and mid-century style. Floral patterns are a favorite of mine. I enjoy using unexpected color combinations and shapes to create fresh, playful designs.
I love designing for home goods and stationery, and enjoy partnering with brands to transform my art into something both beautiful and useful.

Hi! I’m Emi Bee, a surface designer based in South Carolina. I create whimsically detailed patterns inspired by historical designs and my backyard garden. You can usually find me rummaging through antique books and vintage ceramics, on the hunt for new sources of inspiration. I paint everything by hand in Photoshop.
I love experimenting with textures, balancing the flow of symmetry, and hiding little surprises in my artwork. I usually work in muted colors, but also enjoy the challenge of making my designs also work in a two-tone palette. Some of my favorite things to paint besides florals are cats, coffee, and woodland animals.

I’m Jimena, the designer and illustrator behind LittlCrow. I create surface pattern designs inspired by the natural world: walks through the bush, swims in the ocean, and time spent camping off-grid. Those everyday outdoor moments are where ideas often take shape for me. My work combines hand-painted elements with digital tools, and I gravitate toward a style that feels organic, thoughtful, and quietly playful. I’m all about making designs that feel real, celebrate the imperfect, and are connected to nature wherever we can find it.
