Hello! I’m Bibi Mizu, a Japanese-Brazilian illustrator who loves creating cozy and adventurous scenes.
I graduated as an engineer, but my love for art led me to change paths. After working for over 3 years as an artist in a game studio, I decided to pursue my childhood dream of becoming a children’s book illustrator.
In my artwork, I love blending textures from crayons, pencils, and watercolor to create colorful digital illustrations. My goal is to make art that feels both inviting and fun, with little touches that bring it to life. I absolutely love it when people tell me, ‘I wish I could be in the middle of your illustration!’—it fills me with joy!
When I’m not illustrating, you can find me hiking, putting puzzles together, exploring cafés around the city, or reading some good adventure stories in the park.
