Using a combination of traditional drawing with digital techniques, her work exists in a place between fantasy and reality, with magical scenes and dreamlike landscapes, inhabited by quirky and dynamic characters.
Bárbara has worked as a commercial artist for a diverse group of clients, offering a wide range of services, from editorial illustration and product marketing to institutional communication.
She also keeps a personal artistic practice, which translates into custom illustrations, art prints, and short-format publications.
Bárbara is also passionate about sharing her skills with younger creatives and is currently a lecturer at the SRH Berlin and a co-host at Illustration Ladies Berlin.
