Hi, I’m Amy, a Welsh pattern designer based in Berkshire UK. I find endless inspiration in nature and the beauty that surrounds me, reinterpreting it through an abstract lens. I love to play with shape and colour, infusing each design with a sense of wonder and creativity that reflects my personal view of the world. My designs are a balance between the organic and the unexpected, where familiar elements take on new life through bold experimentation.
My creative journey has been enriched by my experience working in costume at a wax figure attraction, where I developed a deep understanding of how fabric, texture, and detail can bring a vision to life. This unique environment fueled my passion for creating intricate designs and allowed me to explore the endless possibilities of pattern-making from realistic forms to imaginative abstractions.
My two little girls are also a constant source of joy and inspiration, reminding me to see the world with fresh eyes and embrace creativity without limits. Whether I’m sketching out ideas or experimenting with new techniques, I am always driven by my passion for patterns and a desire to push the boundaries of design.
