The importance of Personal Projects

This tool was inspired by a video from James at The Illustrator’s Guide. In the video, he shares a simple, clever way to generate fun illustration ideas using random categories. I thought it was such a helpful idea that I wanted to turn it into a tool other illustrators could use, something quick and easy to spark new project ideas when you’re stuck or want a brief for a personal project.

Go check out The Illustrator’s Guide if you’re interested in learning how to grow and improve as a professional illustrator.
