Hello! I’m Wenqing Gu, a visual artist focused on illustration and 2D animation based in the Bay Area, USA. I believe in the power of simplicity and childlike joy, and I strive to infuse my work with a sense of fun and wonder that brings happiness to my audience. My creations are known for their whimsical, humorous, and warm style, inspired by my experiences growing up in both China and the USA.
In 2021, I made the leap from accounting to pursue my passion for creativity and storytelling full-time. I’m interested in children’s books and products, with the goal of inspiring and uplifting young minds through my art.
