Hi, I’m Sarah, or Sarah D. as I’ve been known my whole life. I create detailed patterns that include hand-drawn linework and intricate motifs that fit and flow together. My inspiration comes from the natural world around me and I desire to bring that beauty into our everyday spaces and objects.
With a background in graphic design and print production, I enjoy the technical side of design and making art that can be functional as well as beautiful, and I’m always up for the challenges of trying new techniques and finding better ways to create.
Besides pattern work, I enjoy digital illustration, watercolor, and hand lettering.
