Hello, I’m Malika. I’m a surface pattern designer and illustrator from the Netherlands.
Animals, plants, and flowers are often the stars of my designs. I take pleasure in drawing them in a stylized way and I use vibrant colours. I love adding unexpected and quirky details that evoke a sense of fun and adventure. Through my designs, I want to encourage people to act kind, be weird and stay curious.
I design for fabric, stationery, home decor, wallpaper, kid’s clothing & toys. I am eager to broaden my scope toward editorial illustration and packaging design.
