Lizzie was a museum professional and worked with industrial engineers before finding her creative side as a self-taught artist and graphic designer. Her search for ways to make repeating patterns on paper, for collage art, led her to discover the fun and fabulous world of surface design.
She favors contemporary and modern styles—using primarily floral and organic themes—with hints of Scandinavian and Japanese influence. Her palette is sophisticated, calming and relies on a lot of grey, when she can squeeze it in! She loves bringing art to life, and beauty to the function of everyday tasks. Her art can be found on many everyday items. She lives in State College, PA with her husband, a stained-glass artist.
