I’m DQ, an award-winning illustrator and proud member of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in Art & Style, class of 2020. Originally from China, I made my way to the US in 2012 and have been thriving as an Illustrator and Art Director ever since. My journey across multiple cities and cultures fuels my creative inspiration, and I’m passionate about blending lifestyle and fashion in my work. When I’m not illustrating, you can find me experimenting with new recipes or hunting for the best food around the world.
Currently, I call Los Angeles home, where I live with my partner, my daughter and our adorable cat, Sashimi. Sashimi isn’t just a pet—she’s my muse and trusty drawing assistant (you can find her everywhere hidden inside my artwork)!
