Hi, I’m Andreea, a Romanian illustrator based in Bucharest, with a passion for colour, shapes, and textures.
For over a decade, I worked as an Art Director, crafting advertising campaigns while developing my illustration practice through personal projects. This background helps me approach illustration briefs from a strong concept-driven perspective.
I’ve been a full-time illustrator since 2022, working on a variety of projects including editorial illustration, murals, maps, gig posters, commercial, and packaging. While my client work is mostly digital, in my practice I enjoy working with traditional media, combining gouache, watercolour, and collage, and weaving symbols with personal meaning. I love making textures by hand and often use them in my digital work to add more character and a human touch.
I live with two black cats who occasionally supervise my work.
