What file types can I upload?

Is my artwork uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs inside your browser on your own device. Your image is never sent to a server, and you don’t need an account.
What's the difference between the repeat layouts?
Full drop tiles straight across. Half drop shifts every other column down by half a tile. Half brick shifts every other row sideways, like brickwork. Quarter drop steps each column down a little further. Two-way tumble flips alternating tiles, and mirror reflects them. Trying a few is the fastest way to see which suits your design.
What does "Center the seams" do?
It shifts the pattern by half a tile so the joins between tiles land in the middle of the preview. That’s where a mismatched repeat shows up as a hard line or a jump, so it’s the quickest way to spot a problem.
My tile isn't seamless. Will this fix it?
No. This tool previews how your tile repeats; it doesn’t edit the artwork. If you see seams, you’ll need to fix the tile in your drawing app and upload it again.
What is the print resolution check for?
Enter the size you plan to print your tile at, and it estimates the DPI. As a rough guide, 300 DPI is print-ready and anything under 150 may look soft. Use it to check your tile is large enough before you order.
Does the recolor feature change my actual file?
No. The color sliders are just for previewing alternate colorways on screen. For final, accurate colors, adjust your artwork in your design software.
Can I compare two designs?
Yes. Add a second tile and switch to the A / B view to see both repeating side by side. Both tiles use the same settings, so it’s a fair comparison.
What size are the downloads?
You choose, from 1200 up to 3000 pixels wide. PNG keeps transparency unless you set a background fill; JPG always has a solid background.
Does it work on my phone?
