-Missing packages policy: All packages are shipped USPS First Class or Standard International. Almost every package arrive safely, but, especially during peak times, packages in the USPS system can be delayed or lost.
-If your package is late: I can refund or replace your order *if the tracking on your order has not been updated for 30 days.* After 30 days have elapsed, send a message on Etsy to arrange a replacement order. Please note that I can only send a replacement for an order once. If you would prefer to pay extra for Priority Shipping for the replacement order, let me know.
-If your package is marked "delivered" but can't be found, I cannot replace or refund it. (This is exceedingly rare.) I suggest checking with your local Post Office and ensuring the shipping address you provide is accurate and reliable.

5 out of 5 starsThis washi tape is fabulous. Quality: top notch, a cut above the rest. Creativity: the "shelf content" executed in an original and fresh manner. The bold colors grab my imagination and the contrast appeals to the senses. The rainbow pattern brings it all together in an harmonic manner. It's playful, fun and beautiful. It's incredibly versatile, appealing to younger and older audiences alike. All around it's one of my favorite washi tapes! 10/10 highly recommend
