Frequently asked questions
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We send your order as soon as possible once we have proof approval - in most instances, we dispatch orders the same or next day.
Greetings cards are sent with Royal Mail's first class post, which aims to deliver the next working day. We offer free delivery on prints with Royal Mail's second class post, aiming to deliver in 2-3 working days.
Please be aware that due to ongoing strikes, there may be delays to Royal Mail shipments. To avoid potential delays, we have upgrade options available at checkout.
International orders are sent with Fedex, DHL or Royal Mail, depending on the size and destination. You can upgrade to Express delivery at checkout.
Please be aware that customs charges may be applicable on international shipments.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to most countries. We have stopped shipping to South Africa, due to extraordinary delays at customs.
CAN I CHANGE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PRODUCTS?
The dimensions of our products are linked to machinery capabilities and operating processes, so we are unable to produce artwork to specific sizes. However, if you have feedback on sizes you think we should offer, that we do not currently, please get in touch.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
We package all unframed prints in biodegradable and recyclable packaging to avoid damage and protect the environment.
Framed prints are packaged in recyclable, paper-based packaging, including kraft paper, paper cushioning and strengthened boxes.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for personalised items or digital downloads. However, we will always work with you to resolve any issues, so please get in touch.
WILL I RECEIVE A PREVIEW OF MY ARTWORK?
Yes! If you order a personalised print, we will send you a digital proof of your artwork within one working hour of receiving your order (Mon - Fri, 9-17:30 GMT). You will then have 24 hours to request changes (and receive updated proofs) or to approve. If we don't hear from you within 24 hours, we will send your order as per the proof.
Please note that we don't offer proofs for our greetings card unless requested.
If you have ordered a metallic print, we will send you a black and white proof. This is because we use genuine metallic foil and the colour of the foil cannot be replicated digitally.
If you have ordered a non-metallic print, we will send you a colour proof.
WHAT CUSTOMISATION DO YOU OFFER?
We create bespoke, personalised prints and cards to your specifications. Whilst we offer a lot of customisable elements, some elements have been carefully designed and tested, so we offer customisation within these design parameters. Therefore some customisation requests (such as changing fonts, sizing and layouts) may not be possible.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH COLOURS TO CHOOSE?
Ask us! We spend our days designing, printing, foiling and framing our prints, so we know which colour combinations look amazing. We can also help direct you to example images which show particular colour combinations (even if it's on one of our other product pages).
HOW DOES A SPOTIFY CODE WORK?
We offer playable Spotify codes on some of our prints and greetings cards.
Spotify codes play your chosen song through the Spotify app. To scan a code, simply open the Spotify app on a mobile device, go to the search screen, tap the camera icon then hover the camera over the code.
